Magnetic Removal is a non-laser method of removing semi-permanent make-up (SPMU).  It is 100% safe and does not change the structure of the skin therefore avoiding scars or fibrosis and will not cause hair loss. 

This technique works in four different ways:  

Mechanical

The patented magnetic round square needles surf on top of the skin using a back and forth motion to create friction. which deeply exfoliates the epidermis (the top layer of the skin consisting of dead cells). The needles scratch the skin just enough without cutting it due to the round square needle concept created by Linda Paradis. This movement elevates the temperature of the water that the skin naturally contains.

Chemical

The  Tattoo Remoov™  solution + use of the non-invasive magnetic needles 88RS® on the skin elevates the temperature of the water in the skin gradually removing the pigment due to the mixture of the  Tattoo Remoov™  solution and the metals contained in tattoo ink/pigment.

The elevation of the temperature in the skin generates an invisible evaporation of the water inside of the skin, causing the tattoo removal product to be absorbed inside of the dermis.  Once the  Tattoo Remoov™  serum is inside of the dermis it recognizes the ferric oxide of the pigment molecules.  The chemical reaction results in the white Tattoo Remoov™ solution to turn green and draws the ink/pigment to the surface of the skin.

Magnetic

The 300 gauss magnet inside the needles means that they are the strongest in the world. The magnet helps to pull the heavy metals attached to the ink/pigment safely out of the skin.

Ultrasonic Vibration

The German engineered Dermo Power machine that the magnetic needles are attached to vibrates at a high frequency. This stimulates blood flow to the treated area and also helps to break down the pigment molecules so they are extracted from the skin more easily.

The main components of the tattoo removal product are food and cosmetic molecules, it does not contain any carcinogenic ingredients therefore it’s not dangerous to your health. The removal product PH level is 8.5 which is closer to being alkaline than acidic. Our technique does not use thermal waves as the laser does, therefore the procedure is less painful.    There is no risk of hypo/hyperpigmentation. The removal sessions can be repeated every three weeks and a new permanent makeup can be applied 8 weeks after the last removal session.

You CANNOT receive removal if you are/have:  

• Pregnant or Breastfeeding
• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring 
• Diabetic (require doctor’s note) 
• You have Cancer and/or undergoing Chemotherapy/Radiation (require doctor's note)
• Viral infections and/or diseases 
• Epilepsy, Pacemaker or major heart problems 
• Organ transplant 
• Skin irritations ear the treated area, such as; Psoriasis, Rosacea, Eczema, Dermatitis, acne in your brows, sun damaged/sunburn etc.
• Sick (cold, flu, etc.) 
• Accutane or Retin-A in the past 12 months 
• Botox/Fillers; 3 weeks before and after appointment
• Heart conditions and/or uncontrolled High Blood Pressure
• Any medical condition, treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system (as it would compromise the healing process).
• If you have EVER had a cold sore and want to get removal on your lips you must contact your doctor to start prophylactic antivirals PRIOR to procedure and to take 5 days into the procedure to help minimize herpes outbreak (as this treatment can wake up the dormant virus)

#1 :  It's SAFE!!  With it's unique design of the non-invasive magnetic needles 88, which works on the surface of the skin without penetrating the dermis, there is no scarring, no acidic damage & no carcinogens. 

#2 : is  the Tattoo Remoov™ solution which has a PH of 8.5. Moreover, its main components contain 40% of water and food, bakery, and cosmetic molecules. Thus, because of these reasons, we can consider this procedure as the best and the safest technique to remove cosmetic tattoos. 

#3 :  Fast treatment and typically less sessions than laser or saline methods.  Magnetic removal can be done every 3 weeks (while laser & saline are about every 8-12 weeks).  

#4 :  Will NOT damage skin!  Laser & Saline can cause scarring, skin damage and collagen induction.  This process in some cases can actually help to improve damaged skin from previous removal techniques or botched microblading/tattoo work.  

#5 :  Can be done on all SKIN TYPES & TONES.  (Laser not suitable for dark skin) & Can be done on Lips, Brows & Eyelids

We cannot predict the exact amount of sessions needed.  It depends on:

• person’s age
• skin type
• person’s immune system
• the age and depth of the tattoo/microblading
• as well as the type of pigment that was used
• pain tolerance  (although this technique is more tolerable than laser or saline removal, it is not without some discomfort.  Friction (as explained above) is essential for the removal to be successful.  If you're not able to tolerate the heat generated and must take frequent breaks, the temperature will cool and we must start from the beginning again.  The more stops, the longer it will take).

Some tattoos take longer than others to remove. For small, faded tattoos, you may only need 2 treatments. For deeper, older tattoos, you may need more than 6+ treatments.  There is no way for us to know exactly how many sessions are needed.  

Tattoo removal can take a lot of sessions to completely remove your ink.  Removing a tattoo is MUCH more difficult than getting one. The ink sits deep within your skin and therefore requires high-quality technology, combined with time and patience, to effectively and safely remove your tattoo.

The fact that we have this technology at all is a miracle (let alone how affordable it is)!

10% discount is given for removal clients who then want to receive NEW Permanent Makeup service once removal is finished and 8wk healing is done.

Although this technique is more tolerable than Laser or Saline Removal, it is not without discomfort.  I would personally describe the pain like a rug burn (repeated).  The friction (heat) that is necessary to achieve pigment extraction feels hot on the skin (like a rug burn).  

We cannot numb for this procedure as numbing closes and constricts the pores (which is the opposite of what we want to happen).  We need the tissue healthy, soft and pores open to get maximum pigment removal during each session.

Everyone is different and healing times vary according to your health & lifestyle. Generally speaking the skin surface will heal in 10-14 days. 

HEALING PROCESS 

• Day of service:  your skin will most likely be pink and feel like a sunburn
• 
  

•  Hygiene is a very important part of the healing process so the treated area needs to be clean at all times. Use water and a gentle baby soap twice a day for 1 week.
• It is very important not to let the treated area become too dry. Only use the aftercare provided to you by your practitioner.  Apply a thin layer on the skin 3 times per day for the first 7 days.
• Do not rub or scratch the skin with your fingers, pencil or makeup brushes.
• Avoid wearing clothes that might scratch the treated area.
• No sauna, swimming or playing sports (avoid sweating) for the first week.
• Wait at least 30 minutes following your PMU lip removal session before smoking.
• Do not apply any foundation, powder makeup, hydrating creams, sunscreen, pencil, etc. on the treated area for at least 1 week.

The treated area can be re-pigmented after a good recovery period of at least 8 weeks for lips and eyebrows.  However, the skin recovery process might be different from person to person. 

• A NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE of $100 is required when booking a new appointment. This fee will be applied to your balance the day of your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid in CASH, VENMO or credit card on the appointment day.

• NO GUESTS OR CHILDREN are allowed.  To maintain Safety & Sanitation precautions, they will not be allowed in the treatment room. Only the person receiving the tattoo is permitted inside. No exceptions.
• PLEASE BE ON TIME! 10+ minute late arrival will result in loss of fee and a rescheduled appointment.
• 72 hours notice (3 business days) is required to cancel and reschedule appointments.  (*Business days are Monday-Saturday, CLOSED Sundays).

How each individual's skin will react and heal is completely out of my control.  So, the answer is NO.  The procedure & healing process is different for each and every face and there are SO many factors that must be taken into consideration;  overall health, age, skin type, skin care routine & products used, UV/sun exposure & the following of aftercare are all contributing factors. 

The same steps are done for every procedure and with each and every client.  How your body/face accepts and retains pigment is completely dependent on each individual persons skin and lifestyle.
