BOOKING POLICIES: If you have a previous tattoo, before booking an appointment, you MUST email us a picture of your previous work and a picture of your “goal” permanent makeup to ensure we can achieve your desired result. ​

DEPOSITS:  A $100 deposit is required to book and confirm an appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you booked. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost.

RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment one time before the deposit is forfeited. Please read the FAQ section before booking. The deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule, the appointment MUST already be rescheduled BEFORE the 48-hour mark prior to the original appointment. If we do not have a new date already set and scheduled by 48 hours prior to the original appointment time, the deposit will be lost, and the appointment will be cancelled. You will have to put down another deposit to book again.

NO SHOWS: If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment. All services are subject to an increase in price at any time. You will pay accordingly to the amount the procedure is when booked.

ARRIVING LATE: I understand that things can happen, but unfortunately, if you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late, please Email or DM Lauren on Instagram to let her know.  ​

TOUCHUPS:  One complimentary touchup is included with your initial appointment. The appointment date for your complimentary touchup must be within 8-12 weeks from your initial appointment.  If the initial touchup is not completed within this time frame, there will be a fee that ranges depending on how long it has been since the last session. Every client heals differently, and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. Every client will need a touchup at some point to maintain or perfect their results. We recommend an 8-12 week touchup after your initial session, then once annually following that.

Specific results or colour requests for tattoos are not guaranteed (especially on those with dark or cool-toned lips, problematic skin, or when covering up an old tattoo). A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve. All services provided are non-refundable. ​

If I feel you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your tattoo, I have the right to refuse to offer my work. Another deposit fee will be charged if you would like to book again.

You must be 18+ to get this procedure done, even with parental consent.

If you breach the policy or arrive with a contradiction before reading through the website, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will be cancelled.
